Alila Ubud Bali Wedding Photographer // Clarkie Photography // Bali Destination Wedding

If you are planning your Bali Destination wedding at the Alila Ubud Hotel in Bali, I’d really love to hear from you so we can explore whether we’d be a good fit and I can be your Alila Ubud Bali Wedding Photographer.

I got the opportunity to photograph Stine and Julian’s wedding here in 2014 and it was one of the finest wedding venue’s I have had the privilege to photograph at. Sure you need to be super fit to negotiate all the flights of steps throughout the resort but what do you expect with the views that you get in return!

Alila Ubud is a luxury hillside retreat just on the edge of the Ayung River valley in the village of Payangan and when I arrived the morning of the wedding I really was blown away by its beauty. The final few minutes drive down to the hotel was through winding lanes surrounded by rice paddy fields stretching off in to the distance. Just a sight to behold.

The staff at Alila are all so friendly and professional and the Hotel provides so many fantastic options for photography and ensures your Bali Destination Wedding is one that everyone will remember. When I discovered the ceremony location and that there were old temples on site to explore – I knew this was a venue that would produce some special memories for all in attendance.

If you decide to work with me as your Alila Ubud Wedding Photographer you will be working with an award winning, experienced destination wedding photographer who knows the venue and how to get the best out of it.

If you’ve already reviewed my website, including the about me’ and ‘philosophy’ pages, then you’ll know the type of photographer I am. I want to be allowed in to your day to tell the story as it unfolds. I don’t contract based on hours as I want to be part of the entire day, I don’t want to miss a thing. Moments and human emotions are what drive my story-telling during a wedding day. I make sure your story is unique to you, your portraits will not be cheesy or obvious and the moments I capture will stay with you forever.
