I’ve shared a few LA Downtown Engagement Sessions on this blog and each time I go back with a new couple I immediately remember why I love shooting here so much. The Walt Disney Concert Hall is somewhere I love to photograph couples and is always a cool place to start. The light is incredible if you choose your spot wisely and the leading lines and opportunities for unique architectural compositions is pretty unparalleled in my experience. It’s not exactly a secret location and we certainly didn’t have the place to ourselves but so what. I see photographers posting the same old cheesy shots of this place and so while the rest continue to do that, I’m happy to look in the opposite direction (usually up) and show my clients what can be done if you just experiment a bit.
Sarah and Greg were simply brilliant to work with and their posing prowess bodes well for their wedding in August. I can’t go wrong really..
